These Participation Terms and Conditions stipulate the necessary conditions for participating in the First Amazon Gift Campaign (this Campaign) sponsored by pAInter Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") to commemorate the launch of the Campaign, which will be held from May 24, 2023 to May 31, 2023. Users who participate in this Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "Participating Users") are requested to read these Participation Terms and Conditions, agree that these Participation Terms and Conditions are the conditions for participating in this Campaign, and comply with their contents.

Disclaimer of liability regarding copyright of works submitted to "pAInter"
The copyright of works submitted to "pAInter" belongs to the copyright holder of the submitted work. We do not guarantee or represent that the contributor has legitimate rights to the copyright of works submitted to "pAInter", and inquiries and disputes regarding copyright shall be resolved between the parties involved in principle.
Precautions
For the illustration images submitted to this campaign, Participants must use models that, according to the terms and conditions of each business providing the model, (i) are provided for by the Participant User to have all intellectual property rights originally attributed or transferred to the Participant User, or (ii) are provided for by the Participant User to have exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, unlimited, and indefinite use rights, are expressly permitted for commercial use, and have constructed learning data and learning models based on the legitimate rights of the developer (or with the permission of the rights holder) (if the handling of intellectual property rights differs depending on the grade of the plan, the plan that meets the above conditions). However, under no circumstances will the Company guarantee or represent that the models currently used in the submitted works meet the above requirements. Any inquiries or disputes regarding the models and learning data used for the illustration images submitted to this campaign will be resolved between the parties involved, the respective business operators, and the Participant User.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a Participating User and a third party regarding copyright, design right, utility model right, trademark right, portrait right, privacy right, or any other rights and interests regarding the illustration images posted in this Campaign, the Participating User must resolve it at their own responsibility and expense, unless there is intentional or negligent conduct on the part of the Company, and if this results in investigation costs, settlement costs, compensation, attorney's fees, or other damages incurred by the Company, the Participating User will immediately compensate these.
Prohibition Submission R18
In this campaign, illustrations of R-18 works are not eligible. R-18 works are works that may hinder the healthy development of minors under the age of 18 due to the inclusion of sexual expressions, violent expressions, or expressions that may induce suicide or crime. For example, R-18 works are works that may hinder the healthy development of minors under the age of 18 due to the inclusion of 1) sexual intercourse, acts similar to sexual intercourse, masturbation, etc., 2) depictions of nude bodies or clothing that is extremely similar to nude bodies, or depictions that expose or emphasize genitals, buttocks, nipples, etc., or 3) depictions of violent, cruel acts, criminal acts, etc. and similar expressions (indirect depictions by replacing genitals, depictions of poses that clearly evoke the before and after of sexual intercourse, etc.), which are of concern due to their stimulating, obvious, direct, etc. impact on minors under the age of 18. The same applies even if the work is covered up by mosaics, etc. Even if it does not fall under any of the above, our company may determine that a particular submitted work is an R-18 work based on a comprehensive judgment based on social conventions, etc.
In addition, whether or not a particular work in this campaign is R-18 will be determined at our discretion, taking into account the content of the expression and based on social norms, etc.
Prohibition Child Pornography
In this campaign, posting of images of children or people with looks that could be mistaken for children (including anthropomorphized animals and inanimate objects) depicting (i) sexual intercourse, acts similar to sexual intercourse, masturbation, etc., (ii) acts of touching genitals, etc., or (iii) illustrations that expose or emphasize genitals, buttocks, nipples, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "child pornography works") is prohibited, regardless of the existence of the person in question, the realism of the work, the subjective intention of the poster, etc. Even if the above does not apply, our company may determine that a particular posted work is child pornography at its discretion based on a comprehensive judgment based on social conventions, etc.
Handling Submitted Works
Submitted works that violate or are deemed to be in violation of any of the above precautions and prohibitions may be excluded from the campaign by our company by editing or deleting the tag indicating participation in this campaign, restricting access to the submitted work, deleting the submitted work, etc. If our company takes any action against the submitted work, our company shall not be obligated to disclose the reason or notify the participating user of the action.
